WEEK 1

FIRE

Fire is purification. Anything you're angry about is to be looked at and transformed into your passion. What triggers have come up for you lately where they are teachers? We will alchemize this at a somatic level.

WEEK 2

WATER

Water is a surrender into the flow. The things you have not allowed yourself to grieve will come up and afterwards a joyous gratitude. This always initiates you into your depth of being, where a higher vibration & frequency live.

WEEK 3

EARTH

Earth is your stability of architecture. Your soul is meant to feel safe irregardless of what is going on around it. This is where we will stabilize coherence of your value system, likes & dislikes, entropy to clarity.

WEEK 4

WIND

Wind communicates the simple things in life. Did you know most people's regrets at the end of their lives was that they lived life according to what other people wanted for them rather than what they truly wanted? Instead of regrets, wind offers the clear communication you deserve.
