10 tips on HOW TO DEEPEN YOUR DIMENSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS



Hello There. Lauren Bruno, cHt- here again today to discuss what ascension of consciousness means.

The key to deepening your portal of presence, that the overlords of the underworld don't want you to know- so shhh don't tell. Kidding, not kidding.


Let's start with the basics. Consciousness first comes from an awakening. It comes from recognizing (through compassion) how you may have unconsciously outsourced your power through grasping, reaching, needing something to fill the scary ass void of what presence truly is. Once you then recognize that constant consumption is overstimulated dopamine addiction, you become consciously aware of what you choose to speak, put in your body and listen to and speak into existence.


Consciousness comes from meditation through observing one's thoughts, fasting, sitting in nature, letting go of addictions to drugs/ alcohol, shopping, sugar, social media, etc. Then and only then can you take back control of your life and your own thoughts. Can you begin to navigate your direction through declarations, envisioning, healing, and choosing what's next and right for you, experiencing life and the mystery of the universe.


We live in a field of egregore. This means that the thoughts of those around us affect our inner world whether we want them to or not. And to those that have yet to look inward at their subconscious, well- they aren't consciously aware that their belief systems are tied to their identity- which is tied to their pain body- which means that they have a physical reaction to what is going on in their outer world.


A little about me, in 2019 I became a Spiritual Life Coach & Hypnotherapist to help spiritual romantics release pain, shame, and guilt from childhood sexual trauma to empower true love within. I didn't know what I was doing as an entrepreneur, as many of us know it is one of the number one ways to grow. I invested in many life coaches, certifications galore, and communities that promoted healing, regulation, authentic relation, etc. I learned a lot about myself through traveling alone, finding myself, meeting likeminded/ open-hearted spirits, tantric play parties/ ceremonies and working in the energy world.



Now let me nerd out about the dimensions real quick, because this is a part of epigenetic DNA and how you can access your highest expression, souls blueprint, purpose, dharma, and more truth that sets you free. The dimension of the earth in the planetary slave matrix runs in 3rd density. The 4th dimension is where watchers and gatekeepers are, and can be known as a phantom matrice you don't want to be stuck in. The 5th dimension is a higher vibration and frequency, that any Starseed who claims to be creating New Earth is a part of. They have come to self-realization, that their ego does not belong in a 3rd dimension egregore- so they trust in actualizing their dreams on this planet- to fulfill their creative destiny, to live in their values for a more natural and easy way of living and being.


What we speak about when we say dimensions, is because the inner most core spirit is the life-force/ kundalini energy that is your true essence expressed. When your consciousness is heightened in the dimensions, you move beyond time-space and quantum-leap into more unconditional love/ less fear-based control.



As you raise your consciousness to the higher dimensions your psychic gifts come online- such as remote viewing, astral projection, clair-abilities such as receiving third-eye opening visual messages, etc. Now, to discern whether it's truly from the holy spirit or the egregore is to trust in the unconditional love of your inner being and also to know if you're keeping up on your energetic hygiene and purifying your sexual life-force energy. This means, you are surrendered to a depth of your being, the core of your being, growth mindset, learning how to trust your body, move energy, etc.


Here are 10 Ways to Trust Your Body and Deepen Consciousness


  1. Practice Mindfulness: Engage in mindfulness meditation to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings. This practice helps you connect with your body and recognize its signals.

  2. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how your body feels in different situations. Does your heart ting in a pain when you're wanting to say no, and tingly when you want to say yes? Trust it. Trusting your physical sensations can guide you in making healthier choices. It will also help you to get more in tune with true likes/ dislikes.

  3. Engage in Breathwork: Use breath-work techniques to enhance your connection to your body. Deep, intentional breathing can ground you and promote relaxation and different types such as alternative nostril breathing can balance your left and right brain hemispheres.

  4. Move Your Body: Incorporate regular physical activity that you enjoy. Whether it’s yoga, dancing, weight-lifting or walking- movement helps you to reconnect with your physical self.

  5. Eat Mindfully: Be conscious of what you eat and how it makes you feel. Nourishing your body with healthy foods can enhance your overall well-being and consciousness. Eating raw fruits and vegetables will transform your body from carbon-based to more crystalline based.

  6. Journal Your Experiences: Keep a journal to document your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. Writing can help you process your experiences and deepen your self-awareness. A Journal Prompt to trust your body's intuition is - what was I told about my body growing up that I disliked? How can I encourage the little/ younger part in me now to reframe that negative thought/ inner critic?

  7. Practice Gratitude: Cultivate a sense of gratitude for your body and its capabilities. Acknowledging what your body does for you can foster a deeper trust in it. The key to a greater gratitude practice is to alchemize your emotions beforehand, so the frequency you feel during gratitude will attract more of what you truly want. It gets to the core of the gratitude practice. For example if you don't feel grateful for your body, feel the grief that comes from that. Then afterwards truly thank your body for all it does for you- the organs that pump oxygen, the meridians that move atoms- without you even consciously thinking about it. This allows your body more room to soften and feel safer.

  8. Connect with Nature: Spend time outdoors to reconnect with the natural world. Nature can help ground you and enhance your awareness of your body’s rhythms. Find something new in nature you've never seen and let the animal and plant kingdoms teach you something. Experience the vivid beauty of the natural world daily.

  9. Limit Distractions: Reduce time spent on screens and social media to focus on your inner self. This can create space for deeper reflection and connection with your body.

  10. Seek Professional Guidance: Consider working with a therapist or coach who specializes in body awareness and consciousness. Professional support can provide valuable insights and tools, especially when it comes to opening up to astral travel and new multi-dimensional experiences.


By implementing these practices, you can learn to trust your body more fully and deepen your consciousness, leading to a more fulfilling life experience as well as a softening of your body, a deeper level of awareness, and more authentic, soul-aligned connections.
